When we opened the first one from it's badly damaged box, the whole bottom was dented in. They sent a replacement on the next day. It works well on heating and cooling, but I find it to be slower than my previous brand, but then the previous brand died within 18 months, so we will see how long this one lasts. I guess since I mainly use it for hot water, slower might be better. I wouldn't want to get burned! But it's very easy and intuitive to use, change the water bottle, etc. Hope it lasts a long time! ... show more

It’s been hours and the hot water isn’t even hot enough for tea, the temperature was barely luke warm. The cold water was not even cold, it’s more of room temperature. The hot and cold lights doesn’t stay on for long and I haven’t seen the red light for the hot water come on yet. This super easy water filtration system is perfect for helping us save on water costs! The price of the unit itself is very reasonable! We typically use Poland spring water because we like the taste and quality but this system is pretty universal! It is sleek and fits great in a corner!
