My first impressions are the bottle was bigger than expected, which is a good thing. The smell of bottle once opened is very unusual and not very appealing. The taste, however, is much better. As an athlete I have tried many concoctions that forced me to hold my nose while drinking them they are so disgusting. But this? Not at all. I drank it right down. No problems at all.     • Impossible to judge but seems as if it would be a great way to get one's nutritiunal supplements
I got rather tired of taking a daily multivitamin like Centrum knowing that those hard pills may be hard to digest and absorb. I am in no position to know one way or the other how effective these things are but I liked the idea of the liquid version this product provides. Seems to make sense it would work more effectively than a hard pill. Also, since I like to have a fruit smoothie in the morning, I just add this. By itself, I'm not sure I would like to take it due to the somewhat strong taste. ... show more

I just received my mega vitamins 6/5/23. I was taking the women’s vitamins initially but I finished the bottle so I thought I would try this, assuming they tasted the same. That was my mistake. This one tastes horrible. I came to the reviews to see if anyone else had the same issue, because I was thinking it was expired or rancid. The women’s vitamins worked well for me so I’m hoping these are just as good. Due to the taste I will have to go back to the women’s formula. ... show more
