This bike rack is perfect for our e-bikes. It’s a little heavy but it is very sturdy. The welds are perfect. Their customer service is awesome. We lost one of the tire hoops. Totally my fault. I put my bike up on the rack and shook it a little bit to see what it would do pretending I was driving and there was no support like zero I would have to use all kinds of bungee cords and stuff to make sure my bike didn’t fall off. ... show more

One of the square bars did not fit in square slot. I was able to hammer it in (While doing some damage to the end of the bar) but the holes were then slightly off so the bolts wouldn't go in. I had to use a drill to slightly increase the size of the holes. It works great now but checking to make sure the square bars fit in the square holes before shipping would have been nice. This Rack was fairly easy to install. I prefer to have a solid anti wobble piece and bolt without threads so you can easily remove rack after each use
