As a big fan of card games this feels a bit rough but smooth and pretty epic!! Lots of vibrant colors, historical art figures and my favorite part was the golden gild as well. Its pretty expensive but worth the price. Very amazing work of art!

I now have all three decks in the Medieval series and I am very happy! This Stone deck is very nice. The cards are black with bright red pips, and gray pips. Bright red! It pops off the card. Each court is done in gray, like stone. The courts are the same "characters" in all three decks, but are each illustrated differently to go along with the theme of the deck. If you are thinking of getting this series- stop thinking, and do it. Excellent sellers and shipping was fast and no damage to the package. The red on the other deck, which I think is "silver" id darker, and kinda royal I'd say. The cards are more ivory in color and kinda look like a parchment paper (not quite sure how else to describe it.) The courts look more like drawings, like a pencil sketch. ... show more

I grew up in Italy, where they don't have a "Bicycle card mentality". Cards there are more expressive and diverse. I loved the vibrant colors and the ideas they had. I find the Elephant Medieval playing cards reminded me so much of those beautiful cards of my youth. They are a work of art, each one, and you will not tire of admiring the designs and art on each of them. I find them to be very serviceable for card play. They feel great, and sized very well. They are smooth enough to allow for any card game and durable enough to hold up for quite a long time. I simply love this deck and will be getting more of the same in the future. I like some of the other shades offered. This will not be my last purchase of Elephant Playing Cards. Highly recommended. ... show more

These cards are gonna last awhile through family game nights. I took the thank you card from the 6 decks i ordered and have been sitting here for 10min bending and just abusing them. All the cards are still pretty straight and the edges haven’t rolled. Only complaint is the clubs symbol could be a little bolder instead of the small lines. ... show more

I like these cards. I have been collecting cards for a little bit now, but almost all of my decks are made by USPCC (no complaint and I love the feel of USPCC cards) and I wanted a few decks that aren't. I thought this deck looked super cool and it was made in China so I figured I would purchase a pack as they went on sale for super inexpensive. First thing I notice is that they did feel a little more filmy or plasticky than your standard USPCC cards, but not by a ton. They did feel really good still, and not like plastic cards. They fan pretty good right out of the box and shuffle well. I do not know how long they will hold up, but I also dont plan on using them much if at all since I have tons of decks and these were purchased mainly for show. I would recommend as an inexpensive deck that looks really cool and feels really good, albeit different than your standard feel. ... show more
