I tried different pacifiers and my baby didn't like them, but she likes the medela ones and falls asleep with it in her mouth. I just got a size up (0-6 months) and she likes those too, they are slightly larger. She is used to Medela bottle nipples, so maybe that's why she likes the pacifiers. One more thing - use the provided sterilizing case for sterilization. The first time I used them, I boiled them directly in the water and the water gets inside the rubber part. You can easily squeeze it out, not a big deal. But if you use that case, no water gets inside. ... show more

Seems well made , baby enjoyed it and choose it over other pacifiers. The only thing me and my baby disliked was the plastic part, it was so small in comparison to other pacifiers. So we ultimately went back MaM and NuK. However the silicone and design concept was brilliant as far as babies comfort comes in and the nipple looks designed with orthodontics in mind. But the plastic part was too small if the plastic piece ( shield ) was larger this Pacifier would have gotten five stars from me . ... show more

The pacifiers are indeed lightweight, small, and ideal for preemies or otherwise small babies. The design allowing for an exposed nose, plus air holes, is great for breathability. Having said that, they're almost too small - I worry babies with bigger mouths could accidentally get them in further - and the sides push dents into chubby cheeks! Our baby is a preemie with super fat cheeks, and these just aren't comfortable for him. ... show more
