This is the perfect size for a preemie or small baby that has a hard time keeping other pacifiers in their mouths. I didn't rate 5 starts because running the pacifier under any water at all will result in water getting inside it and you can't get it out. Water gets into the rubbery part when you wash them so you have to wait until they are fully dried before giving them back to your baby if it needs to be washed.

I bought the newborn pacifiers because my sweet preemie baby could not hold the Avent pacifier in her mouth. This one is the perfect size for her! She still will drop it sometimes but not nearly as much as the Avent ones. My only complaint is that these are IMPOSSIBLE to find if you misplace them. I don't know why they'd ever make a clear binky! My baby probably won't need them much longer, but for the sake of future buyers, PLEASE make them in a color, ANY color! ... show more
