Say What? These amps are a good value for the money and they work to help me hear stuff w/out blowing everybody out of the house with my loud TV. They are good but they amplify all sounds; they are not hearing aids. My only other complaint is that I wish the manufacturer made these items for American size ears. I wanted to give this hearing amplifier a try because I am not quite ready for the more expensive hearing aids. It works well however, it is very uncomfortable to wear. Even with the smallest ear bud I still can't fit it comfortably in my ear. The larger part that sits outside of the ear is very bulky. Since I will only be using it indoors to watch tv, I will just use it for that. ... show more

These have a static noise that sounds like the snowflake channel. They also have feedback noises similar to a microphone when used in a lecture hall. You also can’t tell which side is which, and they’re painful. I think they go too deep for my personal anatomy, the circular bit connecting the earpiece is too large to sit flush in my ear also, making them feel like they’re falling out. Bought this for my mom and it is wonderful!! No more TV at the loudest volume ever! It fits perfectly..(she is one who thought she didn't need a hearing device too). It's been 2 days and she still likes it!! Not sure about the battery life yet as I said it's only been 2 days. Thank you!!!
