I just got this chair, and assembled it yesterday. I wanted a comfortable semi decent computer/gaming chair that wasn't stupendously expensive, or had awkward pillows strapped to it, leg rests, speakers, vibrators, power banks, or something else I needed to charge or plug in. This looked like a decent choice, and seemed to have the least negative reviews ratio. The assembly was fairly easy and simple, everything is provided. The base could be a bit beefier where the wheel legs and chair base attaches to, but we'll see. I had problems with 2 bolts not lining up properly, one on the chair seat, the other on the backrest. I was able to get the seat bolted in, but had to play tighten Jenga on the other 7 bolts to get the last one aligned properly. Thankfully they included extra bolts, since the first stripped, and would not grab the threads to finish threading it. Once assembled, you can see everything is not square. The left armrest is off kilter, even fully bolted in properly. It's very noticeable with the arms up. Sitting in it, not as much, but, I've only sat in it to test it. Still rebuilding my setup, new PC hasn't even arrived yet. So long term sitting review will be updated later. Test sitting in it wasn't bad. There seems to be plenty of cushion on the seat and backrest, the arm rests not so much. They are very soft and can use extra padding. Overall, I do feel support in my lower and upper back. I'm 5'9 and the top of the chair just hits the top of my neck/bottom of my head. I'm not intending to sleep in it, but I can put my head back for a short time and have some support. In the end it's going to be long term sitting, like 8-10 hours, and durability. Once I have to pull a work shift or some gaming, I'll update on long sitting comfort. Update 2/3. I was bent I was unable to reach out to the manufacturer after finding the armreset/backrest mount issue. I tossed the box and the tools, and figure I may be able to deal with it. A week or two of growing more and more unhappy, I get a text message out of the blue. "Hello, warm greetings, we are sorry our product did not meet expectations, please give us another chance, we will give you a $10 credit, or resend replacement parts, ect ect, amazon customer support team." I replied the problem is the back rest where the arm rest mounts, if I get another, that should resolve the issue. Later that day I get response we will send the replacement as soon as we can. A few days after that, I got a tracking number. A week later, a new backrest arrived. Since I tossed the disposable allen wrench, I will have to grab my tools next time I am at that location and swap it out. However the mount on the new back looks as it should, its not recessed into the backrest. I have raised my 2 star review to 4 star. Update 3/3 I was able to grab my tools, and found some time to swap out the replacement parts. Hats off to Amazon again for picking up on my review and reaching out. After replacing the back, and one of the two included arms, it now functions and looks as it mostly should. The new arm width is a bit thinner, and the leather is wrinkled slightly, but at least it's in the right spot! At this point I'm not concerned with the cosmetics ad much as it's function. Compared to other chairs out there this is a cheap one. I got what I paid for. It's comfortably functional for the price. If your looking for a low budget cheap comfortable tilting, swivel, and adjustable height chair, cross your fingers you get good fitting pieces, and spam the order button. The reviews are so mixed.. But I enjoy this chair alot. PROS: As someone who works from home, Im sitting all day. This chair has good lumbar support, and its very comfortable. Theres alot of space from the lowest setting to the highest, so I think it'll fit under all desk types. As a 230lb woman, I think the cushion underneath does just fine. CONS: The holes to screw in the armrest were not lined up, so that was frustrating.. But thats it. My thighs get stuck to it like they do on booths at a restaurant, but Ill just wear pants, haha OVERALL: Easy-ish to set up, very comfy. 4/5 Stars ... show more

The assembly is quite easy, but there are some misalignments with the parts and where they are supposed to go, but it's not too bad. This chair is actually pretty sturdy and well made. I gave it four stars because there are two things I don't like about it: you stick to the chair because the material is not grade A. So that's pretty uncomfortable every time you go to stand up from the chair and the back of your legs are stuck to it. And chair is not as comfortable as I thought it would be. It's actually pretty uncomfortable on my back. But overall this is a good quality chair. ... show more
