I needed a recliner for surgery (rotator cuff repair) and needed a comfortable place to recuperate. I could not have asked for a better solution! This chair is well built, but can be disassembled if you need to move it. The massage and heat features provided incredible relief to a sore aching body. The thoughtful inclusion of USB charging ports make it a perfect choice for someone with powered devices, like a tablet, phone or Kindle. The padding is excellent and the fabric is very comfortable. I'm 6' 220 lbs and this is the "Large" size. I had tried some of the smaller units and found they just were not comfortable. This one has an extension footrest that pops out once the chair is fully reclined. The positions are great for reading, watching and just resting. We had a minor issue with the controller for the massage feature, but the customer service people were excellent. They responded almost immediately and sent a replacement unit. It's so nice to see a company that stands behind their product! We had purchased the chair intending on reselling it at the end of my recovery, but by then my wife had fallen in love with it and it moved out of my office up into the livingroom to a permanent spot by the window. Pros: - reasonable price - high build quality - great features - easy assembly - extension "anti-tip" rubber feet - good range of colors - EXCELLENT post-sales customer support! Very nice chair. Actually raises you higher than the other lift chair we had. The heat and massage functions are an added bonus. Massage is adjustable as to where you want the massage, or can have them all on. Adjustable intensity is nice. Also has a timer for it to shut off.

Okay this is our third chair purchased we originally bought two in 2021 when our house burnt and needed a lift chair. One of the two we got originally was damaged slightly in shipment and it had. A slight lean. I did add extra feet under to assist. That chair was used almost everyday for a year. The other original chair was used everyday for two and half years and it basically wore out. We ordered a new one and received it Jan 27th and she will use it till it wears out or she is no longer here. It was damaged slightly in shipment where a plastic foot was cracked. They must plan for this or aware because they had two spares in the box with the controls. My mom is very happy with these chairs and she would recommend. Be aware it is shipped in two boxes, the seat and mechanism and one side arm in one box. The other smaller box has the backrest and the other arm rest and included is an owners manual with a box of controls. It all slides together with no tools required. (Unless a broken foot) Hope this helps. ... show more

Very quick and easy to put together. Good quality and love all the extras it offers. The massage is comfortable and does not beat you up like other massage chairs I've tried. Bought it for my husband who has difficulty getting up out of chairs and he absolutely loves it. Would definitely recommend.
