This arrived in 4 fairly good sized boxes. Assembly instructions were easy to follow, though TBPH, I didn't REALLY look at them until I had already made a mistake. Update- customer service sent replacement parts to get it working again..... Not even a year recliner hard to go down and the massage feature works when it wants to. Really dissapointed in this whole set.

    • Power motor broke upon first use.

Went together easy. The motor comes attached under the seat part. There is no assembly of motor or attachment other that plugging it in. We sat on sofa and tested it and the controls. Everything worked fine. However, the second time the left side reclined the motor fell off. The bracket and housing which is plastic broke. When we called customer support. While trying to explain to them what was wrong we were asked if we know how to listen!! The agent did not want to hear what we had to say we were to be quiet and listen to him tell us the steps we had to go through. We decided to return it! We had to disassemble the couch and get it back into the boxes and take it to the UPS store. Two of the boxes weigh 70 pounds. We are 76 years old. We had to find help to load the boxes. Now still waiting on the refund. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love the color, so vibrant. I bought the love seat and chair and in the pictures of them online they looked like they were different shade of burgundy but they match perfect. The vibrator is a little loud but it works fine. Very easy to assemble.

Just got this in today for my game room. I’m a little disappointed… PROS: Assembly was easy, color is good and the fabric is soft, looks nice, it’s sturdy, shipping was quick, the boxes it arrives in aren’t too large to move around or too heavy. CONS: Arrived with squished plug, Cannot operate the legs and back separately, upright position is too upright, Back vibration is really loud, “Massage” function is just mediocre vibration, Lumbar support sticks out too much, Head rest sits too far back… just not very comfortable. Not uncomfortable either, kind of in between. Over all… it’s just okay. If I would’ve sat in it in person, I wouldn’t have bought it. The only reason I’m not returning it is the hassle to be honest… more like a $750 couch not $1,300. Idk. ... show more

I love this seat. It is so comfortable and was easy to put together. I had a small problem because I had two of the same chair arms but the issue was corrected quickly by customer service. Now it is perfect.
