The media could not be loaded. At first the device worked like a charm once the drive was setup it immediately connected, but after rebooting it never worked again. To this I reinstalled the drivers same way as before - nothing, followed alternate instructions online and nothing. The device will connect, notify you its setting up the wireless controller and immediately disconnect. To trouble shoot I also tested it with multiple xbox 360 controllers and battery packs, as well as separate PCs (all Windows 10) - same issue persists, it will connect and just as quickly disconnect. ... show more

I can connect 3 controllers. I cannot reliably use 3 controllers. If I'm playing with 2 controllers, everything is fine. If I add a 3rd controller, then one will work well, the other two will experience issues. One seems to drop input, and the other seems to disconnect often. After contacting support about the issue they clarified that the unit only supports 2 controllers maximum. That's not indicated anywhere in the product description. I feel cheated.     • I'm returning it as I ordered the wrong Xbox adapter. I've already begun using a correct one.
I'm sue it works fine if you have the correct controller.
