The toilet seat was kind of a pain to install with a bidet but I got it done after tickering with it. The seat is still closing slow so that's good. Easy to clean. The only problem I have is with the screw covers opening up every time the seat is lifted or put down.

Does what it says it’s supposed to. I don’t really love the metal screws, but it’s fine for what I need it for. Also the screws are long enough to fit the day between the bowl and the seat.

I thought this was some generic brand which is why I kept glossing over it, but given the reviews I ordered it and saw its actually a Bemis. It says "Mayfair by Bemis" everywhere on it. I don't know why they use another name, possibly to denote another factory? Anyway, I bought two of these to use in the rental house we are living in and they are great. Glossy, plastic, easy to clean. I can see folks scratching them up if you use something even mildly abrasive, but just be careful and you'll be fine. Installation was easy, and I love that the bolts would break off once it hits a certain torque, so you know you have the exact spec installed. ... show more
