I'm a 5'7" woman with corresponding hand size and my trainer is a 6" muscled guy and the mitts and gloves fit us both! I bought these during CoVid because my old cloth-lined ones wore out, and the leather interior of these makes it easy to spray with disinfectant after each use. I haven't notices and particular damage to the interior despite using them for about 6 months. I really appreciate throwing them in the wash, too. My trainer prefers the curve and cushioning of these, and both of of us like the mitt shape and target in the middle. He says the length offers better protection for him than round mitts. I like the strap around my wrist that keeps the gloves in place and the filling on the outside of the glove feels uniform and protective with no bunching. ... show more

Fits really snug with hand wraps. I ordered L/XL and it seems to be a little small. I am sure once I use them a few times they will be perfect. No other issues, everything else is great. The quality is better than expected and I am really satisfied with the purchase of this set. Thank you!

Great value. Gloves are small and perfect for circuits the have you punching, then push-ups, planks, etc, where you're on your hands. The hitting pads are perfect sized for my use.
