This car seat is a fantastic choice for parents looking for safety and comfort. The main reason we bought this car seat is because our infant will be able to use it for several years to come. It easily transitions from rear facing to forward facing. We bought our 3 year old one as well and she has bragged about how comfortable the car seat is with lots of padding and soft fabric. We have had to wash the car seat once since we purchased it and it was super easy and convenient to remove the fabric and wash it. The padding on this car seat is what caught my eye! One of the best material and it works for any vehicle, I currently drive a Honda civic 22 sedan and I have very limited room normally with convertible car seats but with this car seat I have room my baby is comfortable and it also has so many great recline modes and fabric is very easy to remove if washing is needed Last but not least SOOO EASY TO INSTALL LITERALLY TOOK ME 20 mins to do for rear facing installment ... show more

We had purchased the Magellan Max 4-in-1 For our daughter in 2020 and have loved it so wanted to go with Maxi cosi for our 10 month old as well. We chose this seat because it offers almost all of the same features that we love about the Magellan but at a more affordable price and with a slimmer profile as well. We love the look of the seat and it seems very comfortable for our son when he is strapped in. It is easy to Get him in and out and very easy to clean. Installation is also easy, but the guides on the seat itself are where our only complaint comes in. It is very confusing when installing the seat in the third recline position while rear facing. The number is partially covered, which worried us that we did not have it completely locked into that position. We have to triple and quadruple check that it is in fact locked into the position anytime we move the seat, and do not like the guide markers on the seat For this reason. (Picture attached of the guide markers on the installed seat once locked into the 3rd position.) The leveling line is also difficult to read as it is just a line on the sticker on the outside of the seat rather than an actual bubble level like Magellan has. Aside from the guide stickers on the outside of the seat Not lining up as we would expect the seat itself has been great ... show more

My daughter was just over 4 and a half pounds when we brought her home and she fit perfectly. It adjusts to their size all the way up to toddler years. It is such a a beautiful car seat and well cushioned for comfort. It seems to be durable and has a simple latch in design so it's easy to install. Love love this seat! We opted for a transitional seat (0mo-3y) instead of a carry seat and then purchasing another one around a year. Your newborn will look very tiny in it, but it fit our baby well. The newborn inserts are great! Color is SO pretty.

The hole where you feed the seat belt through is kinda small, which stinks, my husband installed them so maybe it would be fine if I did it? We love how light weight they are and that it grows with our baby! The straps are easy to adjust and it’s very easy to use!
