These tires were shipped in a box and were not squished like what I've read from other shippers and I was glad to see these weren't flattened. Since these are 4-Ply tires, they don't have a lot of forgiveness when it comes to mounting them. I even used a mini tire changer. I was not able to get them to inflate with a conventional garage compressor, along with the strap technique, so I took them to a local mechanic shop, and even they struggled to get them to inflate. It fits my Troy built bronco 42” mower original rims fine. Hard to seat and inflate. Ratchet strap didn’t work. Used starter fluid and it worked easily. Do that last imo.

Replaced the 5 year old tires that came on my John Deere Z345R mower. With the new tires I haven't slipped or slided in the previous places in my yard. It did take me 3.5 hours to replace my old tires though because I could break the seal. Once the old tires were off, these went on fairly easy with 3 screwdrivers and Dawn dish washing liquid. ... show more
