  • DOG RESCUES: Each month we donate to different rescues throughout the USA. At the end of every month, we tally up the number of leashes and collars sold. Based on the number, we determine how many rescues we can donate to for that month. We donate down our list of rescues until each one has received a donation and then we go back to the top of our list. In special cases, we will donate to rescues out of turn based on their immediate needs.
  • QUALITY CONSTRUCTION: Our metal buckle dog collar is 1" wide (3/4" small size) and made with a double nylon layer making it 4mm thick (medium and large sizes). We use a heavy duty buckle and put metal eyelets in each hole to reinforce the collar. All the metal has been anodized into a beautiful gunmetal finish. The collar has reflective stitching all around to make it more visible at night. We've also added an extra tab for easy attachment of dog tags and charms.

Our growing girl needed a new collar. Lots of pros that lead me to buying this collar! 1) We do not like the plastic clip closures - the metal buckle style is MUCH more durable, and the no dangle tags can’t be threaded on with the plastic clip closure style. 2) We love her in orange, which isn’t a super common color for dog collars. 3) It gets dark early here in the winter, so I had been looking at different light up/reflective collar options so she can be seen while outside - this one has the reflective stitching right in it, which shows up much better than I had expected when it’s dark and light hits it (see pic)! I needed a collar for my 11 lb dog that thinks she's a large breed hunting dog. She's broken out of every collar and numerous harnesses except this collar while chasing squirrels and other small animals. She's been wearing it a few weeks now and it hasn't frayed or broke. And I could have been slightly off in my measuring too (though we did measure a couple times before ordering). We decided to purchase a new collar for our old(er) farm dog because she was going to visit Grandma in the city for Christmas. Her old collar was a little filthy, fragrant-challenged and starting to fray. After spending way too much time searching for collars that are strong (thick with metal buckle), orange (precaution for deer season) and attractiveness (for trips to Grandma's in the city), I settled on the Max and Neo collar. The collar appears well made, strong and durable plus is orange and attractive. An added feature is the hole in the metal buckle that you can use to attach the dog tags.
