I purchased 2 bar stools. After assembling them I placed them at my kitchen island. I quickly realized that I probably should have gotten shorter stools if we were going to use them to eat at the island. I went back online and realized after some investigating that the same stools came in the form of counter stools. I emailed the manufacturer to see about getting some shorter legs. Eri emailed back the next day saying there were various avenues to accomplish my objective and included a cell number should I wish to discuss which was best. I called and he told me I was not the first person to have this issue and so he had on order sets of legs and when they arrived he would send me 2 sets of the 4 shorter legs. I inquired as to payment and he said they were his treat. He is one of the cofounders of this small company. To say I was overwhelmed is an understatement. I love these barstools. They are very well made, sturdy and comfortable and very easy to assemble. You only have to screw in the legs. I ordered 3 and one of them had a smudge on the fabric. I wrote to the company and within an hour of sending my email someone reached out to me by phone and email. I sent a photo of the chair and they sent a replacement the next day! I was very surprised at the quality and sturdiness of these chairs. They were so easy to unpack, that it took less than 15mins to unpack all of my order, and put them in place. That is a first ! This is also a USA based company. Spreetrail & the Maven Lane Store went above and beyond in rectifying an issue with my order that the Amazon site created. Spreetrail & Maven Lane Store went to extreme measures in correcting the issue without any hesitation, or prompting. This is by far the best customer experience I have ever had while shopping on Amazon in over 15yrs of being an Amazon customer & Prime member. I was worried about feet scuffing these when I saw the wood footrest on the bottom. So pleasantly surprised to see the metal covering the wood on the front where feet go. These chairs are beautiful, comfortable and sturdy. Just what I was looking for!
