Going over to a family members and trying to take a shower when the their diverter was not working right. The old shower thread became separated from the spout and would not seat to fully flow to the shower. Low pressure showers suck. Bought this exact replacement, upgraded to a hose from the pipe they had so the constant motion of moving the shower head wouldn't separate it again and bam! Despite the name, this is NOT a Delta faucet. Mine arrived half falling out of its packaging and looked like it had been on a warehouse shelf for a decade. The exterior is metal, I presume brass. The interior is entirely plastic. I am concerned about the longevity of the part. We have had it installed for a month and it seems to work fine so far. If someone made a more robust version of this I would be all over it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I've been using this for a year and a half now i never leave reviews, but recently i realized just how much i use them and reviews are probably the only things that kept me from making a lot of mistakes while shopping online so im actually going back and reviewing every item ive bought,,, which is a lot of work... anyways like the title says I've been using this for a year and a half and it works great!! it hasn't given me a single problem, and its still shining water pressure is great (i like my pressure) i thought it would oxidize quickly because it was cheap,, but in reality it has been one of my best surprises the hose and handle i originally had fit perfectly, and it replaced the previous spout perfectly everything was a perfect fit and like i said, it was a great surprise my guess is it was all coincidentally a perfect fit,,, although im pretty sure fittings are standardized on this things anyway that's all i have to say about this product check out the video i posted to see it in action ... show more

    • Garbage. Leaks.
This is garbage. The diverter does not shut off the flow of water properly. When you want to use the tub spout, water comes out of the handheld shower fitting. When you wan to use the handheld, water comes out of the tub spout. Also cheap flimsy mostly plastic construction. What ever happened to brass plumbing fixtures? ... show more
