Description

Sprayer Features: Be a sharp shooter with this 40 Gallon Deluxe Spot Sprayer. Featuring a robust Everflo 2.2GPM 12V on-demand diaphragm pump. Keep debris and clumps from entering your pump with the easy to maintain quick attach inline strainer. Keep your hose organized with the hook and loop hose strap that prevents any unwanted damage or dragging. Includes 15 feet of hose to spray gun that gives more flexibility for those hard to reach areas. After application use, drain remaining fluid with the accessible molded in drain port. Comes standard with 12v wire harness that features on/off switch and alligator clamp connection. UV resistant tank. Backed by a two-year warranty on pump & components. Can be used with UTVs and other means of transportation with some modifications. Spot Spraying: When it comes time to spot spray, un- holster your deluxe spray gun and reach up to 25 feet vertically and 30 feet horizontally from the comfort of your seat. As applications change, quickly adjust the heavy duty brass nozzle from a steady stream to a wide mist. Deluxe spray gun is field repairable and features a trigger lock to reduce hand fatigue on longer jobs. Broadcast Spraying: This spot sprayer can be converted to a broadcast sprayer. Simply pick out an ideal Broadcast Boom/Boomless Kits based on application need. Kits sold separately. Coverage: This spot sprayer is designed to handle high volume isolated spraying applications. I use this to apply prodiamine, tenacity and root ruckus on a 1 acre lawn. I use it maybe 4 times a year and it has already paid for itself compared to hiring a pro. The 40 gallons enables me to get 1 acre done in one pass and the dosage is easy because most of the products state rate per acre in at least 30 gallons. Easier measuring means less chance of mishaps. On/off switch on the lead is good. There is maybe 1 gallon left at the bottom at the end because the intake hose inside the tank just rests on the flat bottom. So I put a wood block under one end to tilt it some and that results in only 1/4 gallon being left when empty which is much better. I then open the drain cap and empty that 1/4 gallon into a back sprayer to use that up. I wish the intake hose was connected on the outside to the lowest point at the end; i.e. the drain port could be where the intake is too. The intake hose being on the inside can also interfere with the drill mixing paddle so that's another reason it would be better on the outside. The wand trigger developed little holes in the plastic and leaked. I had winterized it by emptying water, disconnecting and shaking the wand with the trigger down, but perhaps I needed to do a better job on that. It was in the garage but in future I'll bring it inside over winter to be sure. Anyway, they kindly replaced the trigger for me as that happened inside the first year. Easy quick call to support with no quibbles. The boom is good enough for my needs but does drip for about 30 seconds after turning off. It's enough of a heavy drip to be concerned about overdosing in one spot. In my case I can cover the area continuously without stopping so I do that to avoid dripping. I have to pass over some places twice (and so double dose in those places) but I'm thinking that's better than dripping in a concentrated line over those places if I tried to stop and start the flow.     • Large sprayer saves time.
This large sprayer fits in the back of my John Deere gator and allows me to spray our fence rows. Only problem was we had to replace the plastic clamps provided for the hose attachment with metal clamp.

This shipped and got here very quick. It is packed with everything to get it up and spraying. Nice tank to replace the one we are using now. It is starting to break up.
