I know this has become a Tik Tok fad but I’ve been using it for years. Many years. I don’t make “mocktails” with it, just take the dose and move on. Flavors fine. The media could not be loaded. I love this product! MaryRuth's Liquid Morning Multivitamin in Peach Mango flavor has helped my hair tremendously. I have always had trouble growing my hair my whole life, so I was looking around for a product that could help me out, and I'm thrilled I stumbled across this clean, natural, and safe brand. I have noticed a lot more baby hairs coming in around my face where it has been receding. Through the years, I have been experiencing a lot of thinning around my face, making me feel insecure, but with this product, I'm thrilled to report my hair is feeling and looking thicker, and I'm gaining more confidence. Less shedding I've experienced when brushing my hair and while showering. Taking this is an easy habit to add to your daily routine; the directions state to take 2 tbsps in the morning, but I take it whenever I remember. The fruity flavor tastes good and is easy to drink without having a heavy vitamin aftertaste. Remember to keep it in the refrigerator and use it within six months of opening. I've only been using this product for about 8 days and I can honestly say I do have a little bit more energy, but that is about it. I do like the flavor, but it does have that vitamin chalky taste. I really like taking my vitamins this way. This stuff is as potent that I don't have to take a multivitamin which always made me nauseous in the mornings. Now it's just a lil treat to start my day. It's super easy and tastes great!

I decided to try this. I hate to admit that I was influenced but here we are. I was previously taking Nutrifol which I loved but this seemed like it had so many women having great experiences so I decided to find it a try. Worst 3 days I've had in a very long time. I asked and was told that an adjustment was common and to give it time. I took them as directed. The taste was fine, the texture took some adjustment, but the smell was hard to get past. It has that typical multivitamin/flintstone vitamins smell but in a liquid it seems stronger. It definitely has a strong aftertaste. Within 30 minutes of taking I was so nauseous and couldn't stomach food. Then came the rest of the stomach issues. Not a fun 3 days. I definitely had to stay close to home. So $71 and several rolls of toilet paper is what I'll be taking as a loss bc they don't allow returns even if the product didn't work for you. They will give you a store credit but after my experience I'm a little scared to take a chance. ... show more

This stuff is great & yummy! It easy to swallow 2tbsp once a day. So worth it, try it and you’ll want only this as your multivitamin. Almost done with my first bottle. I have more energy daily. Can’t wait to see the hair growth.
