As a mom of five, finding a good multivitamin for my kids is a big deal—anything that makes our routine a little easier is a win in my book! Here’s my take on these MaryRuth’s Kids’ Multivitamin Gummies: What I Love: 1. No Sugar – These gummies are sugar-free, which I love because it’s one less thing to worry about when it comes to cavities and sugar crashes. Plus, there’s enough sugar sneaking into their diet as it is! 2. Only One Gummy a Day – With five kids, keeping things simple is key. These are once-a-day gummies, which means I’m not constantly counting how many they’ve had or reminding them all day. 3. Vegan & Non-GMO – I try to be mindful of what goes into their bodies, and I feel good about the ingredients in these. We don’t have dietary restrictions, but it’s nice to know they’re a bit cleaner. 4. Kids Actually Like the Taste – Most of my kids like them, which is a big deal. Anything that’s a fight to get them to take is out of the question in our house! 5. Two-Month Supply – The bottle lasts us two months (if I only give them to the younger ones). It’s a relief not to need a new bottle every few weeks! A Few Things to Consider: 1. Texture’s Not for Everyone – The texture is a little chewier, so if your kids are super picky about that, it might be worth trying a bottle first to see if they’ll go for it. 2. Flavor Might Be Hit or Miss – Like I said, most of my kids like them, but one of them wasn’t a fan of the flavor. So, it might be trial and error depending on your kid. 3. Doesn’t Have Every Nutrient – It has a nice range of vitamins, but if you’re looking for something high in calcium or iron, you’ll need to add another supplement. I just try to fill in with foods rich in those. 4. Price – They’re a little pricier than some other options. I think it’s worth it for the quality and peace of mind, but with multiple kids, that can add up. Overall, these gummies work great for us, and I love knowing the kids are getting some extra vitamins, especially on those days when they’re a bit picky at mealtime. I've been through numerous brands of gummies for my kids including zarbee's and i have to say mary ruth has the best ones. I love that the gummies don't stick together in the bottle like many brands I've tried and they arent sticky. So it's super easy to just pop them right into your hand. My kids love to eat these gummies. At least one thing I don't have to force them to eat. The vitamins seem to be in good proportion and of high quality. My only complaint and reason for giving 4 star is that the gummies tend to melt a little a stick to each other so u have to use your hands to separate them. ... show more

They seem to be great quality. My kids love them way more than the chalky vitamins, and I feel better knowing the ingredients are more bio-available are, therefore, a better value! The one time I bought them on Amazon, they were gooey, as some people have mentioned. Since then, I've bought them from my local grocery store a number of times and they've never had the same issue, so I think it's a storage issue, not the product. ... show more
