Actually I bought one for a dog throw on my sofa--it is an exceptionally soft blanket, and I liked it so much I ordered two more. They wash beautifully and are amazingly nice for the price. It is not a heavy blanket, but just a nice weight. Both my dog and I love them!!

These blankets are well made. They’re thin but not too thin. Just right for winters in warmer climates. I’ve bought them in both colors and are very happy with them. They don’t leave a bunch of lint in the dryer either. We have dogs that like to lay on our blankets when it’s chilly out and these blankets clean up very well. By that I mean that they haven’t become dingy looking and we’ve had the blue ones for about a year now. No thinning or shrinking either. Definitely a good purchase. As other reviewers have pointed out this blanket does not have the nap usually associated with fleece. I have another thin, lightweight fleece blanket that does feel like fleece but it was much more expensive so my expectations may have been too high. I ended up returning this product without using it in favor of a blanket made from natural cotton fiber. Cotton blankets are heavier for the same warmth but breathe and regulate temperature better than polyester blankets. ... show more
