When we first received the package, I was concern that I would have some missing parts because it looked like a returned box. After going through the inventory, I was relief to find out all the parts were there. It was so easy to put together, and the instruction booklet was not difficult at all to understand. It took us about a little over an hour to put it together. Once it was all done, we put our 13-year-old mattress over it and laid on it to test it out. It would be awesome if I got all the smaller bars the same one if them was made differently then the others so it will not go onto to frame it took me forever to get it all up so that was the last bar that does not fit and now I have big hole In the corner of the frame. I didn't want to take the whole thing back apart to return it cause I don't have help so I just put cardboard to keep the mattress from falling in. So check all the end pieces to the smaller bars before putting it together. ... show more

Very nice, very tall lol, I'm 5 '4 almost 5'5, I have to kinda climb on it, but I love it!, especially the Cushion they have around the part we're you would possibly hit your foot, saved me a couple of times. I'm not sure if I have a faulty chair or not but I put it together twice because the first time I thought I put together wrong but it's still leans to the left when you sit down. I would have returned but I threw the Box away so now I'm out all that money for a thinly padded thanks to the left wide seat office chair lol I'm actually it's not funny I lost that money.

Love it it’s strong quality and easy to set up how ever my only complaint is the first two bars under the mattress are spaced to apart so it causes the front edge of the bed sinks in.
