Plants arrived in decent shape overall, nice green leaves, good roots. My concern is that the tops of many leaves were cut to give the plant uniform height (about 3-4”). The fact that the leaves were cut is disappointing, and I almost wonder if what I really got was young Vallisneria offshoots that were trimmed. Time will tell I guess. I would have preferred the leaves were left their natural length. Not sure there was any real need to cut them before shipping. ... show more

Ordered 10 plants, arrived in two bags. One bag contained 5 plants, 4 living and one dead. Other bag contained 4 completely rotten plants that where basically brown mush when they arrived. I was handed the box directly from my mail carrier so they didn't spend anytime sitting in the mailbox. The 4 plants that did arrive alive are doing well. ... show more

Very happy with this product - it was shipped in excellent packaging, and the plant is in great condition right out of the gate. It's clear they had a high focus on customer service and satisfaction. Will be a returning customer for sure. I'd recommend the B2G1 offer be taken, I found them a little difficult to plant just due to their size, and broke a few. I love these, and they are in really good shape. This will be my go to for live plants, for the quality, shipping was pretty quick. However knowing the fish can't hurt themselves on these give me peace of mind. I was scared the cold would kill them, but was packaged well.

Update: After one week only 3 of the plants survived, and one of those lost all its leaves but the roots are still white so I’m going to consider it still alive. $17 for 3 sickly plants and 7 dead ones. Yikes. To make matter worse, the seller will only refund if you have a picture of the plants in the unopened bag. The one where it’s inside another bag with condensation and impossible to see the difference between an alive and dying plant. I would avoid this gamble. I probably should have read the reviews better for this one instead of assuming I would be sent a quality product. The dwarf sag I received is 10 of the tiniest possible plants with roots cut to nubs and half of the plants are already rotting in the bag. I would never pay $17 for this. Avoid! ... show more
