I always bought expensive bedspreads and this spread is worth 2-3 times the price. The wine burgundy is a beautiful dark red. The fabric is quite substantial. It is not light weight, but I do not use it for sleeping. The weight gives it an elegance as a substantial spread. The width of 118 inches is terrific. I also bought 2 -18 inch and one 16 inch co-ordinating pillow covers with separate insert pillows. I learned to buy the insert pillows one size larger than the covers for a full look. Eg. 18 inch pillows for a 16 inch cover etc. It takes extra effort to insert them , but it is worth the effort. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This king size bedspread is incredibly gorgeous and versatile. The quality is superb! Not extremely thick, and it gives plenty of warmth on cold high 30 degree nights (we have a down comforter underneath). It does not sleep heavy, but wraps like a warm towel after a shower or bath. The pattern is beautiful. I love the ribbing in its center with embellished details on the surround. The touch is soft. I absolutely love the color we chose to compliment our bed frame and bedroom decor. It hangs wonderfully on all sides from top to bottom and left to right - a good fit for our split bed king with mechanical base. The pillow shams-exquisite. I cannot believe it’s quality and very low cost compared to higher end brands. I’ve not washed it yet so I don’t know about shrinkage or how it will hold up, but to care for it properly I’ll likely take it to the dry cleaners or a self served laundry facility with the extra large basins (even though my washer is one of the largest bins available). This is a very nice, all cotton coverlet - not super light and not too heavy, we have it over a lightweight down comforter because I am SO done with trying to wash and put back together a comforter and comforter cover! - with really pretty quilting in the leaf motif. The quilting is actually very well done. I found one loose thread, snipped it off, no big deal. It actually fits our ridiculously high king size bed, covers the platform frame and the very thick mattress completely, though it does not go all the way to the floor which is fine for us. Shams are great. Nice price. Washes really well, minimal shrinking. The ivory color I got is fairly darkish, heading for light beige if you are really picky, but a great neutral shade. The quilt itself is excellent quality. Unfortunately the listing is incorrect on the colors available.. there is no AQUA. There is only a country blue shade. It’s pretty if you’re looking for blue. But if you’re looking for aqua/mint, this is not the set for you. They sent me 2 blue ones and I ordered aqua. I finally gave up and just got another bed set elsewhere. It’s unfortunate bc this is such a high quality nice quilt!! Please consider adding additional colors. ... show more

This comforter is absolutely beautiful. High Quality. Not heavy weight like the fiber filled comforters. It is a nice added layer, warm and comfy during the cold winter. I haven't washed it yet but it looks like it is quality manufacturerd.

I think my title pretty much says it all. In the past, I have had trouble finding a king size bedspread that actually hangs over the side of the mattress. My bed is tall, and I don't want to use a bed skirt. This bedspread is REALLY a bedspread, not a quilt or comforter. I'm so impressed with the quality! I purchased the wine color which is a rich, beautiful color. I will probably order linens from this company again. I have to say that I have not washed the bedspread yet, so I can't comment on how much it will shrink or fade when it's washed. I love it so much that I may just take it to the dry cleaners and hope for the best. ... show more
