This is a very nice, all cotton coverlet - not super light and not too heavy, we have it over a lightweight down comforter because I am SO done with trying to wash and put back together a comforter and comforter cover! - with really pretty quilting in the leaf motif. The quilting is actually very well done. I found one loose thread, snipped it off, no big deal. It actually fits our ridiculously high king size bed, covers the platform frame and the very thick mattress completely, though it does not go all the way to the floor which is fine for us. Shams are great. Nice price. Washes really well, minimal shrinking. The ivory color I got is fairly darkish, heading for light beige if you are really picky, but a great neutral shade. I am so pleased with this purchase. It took a few years to find a quilt in the right color, price, material, and quilt thread design. (The straight thread lines on my old comforter were a nightmare to line up.) I was hoping the color would be a bit more dynamic, but it's still very pretty. (Blue, green) It doesn't seem too heavy. It IS oversized. I have a full size Tempurpedic mattress. So, my only option was a Queen quilt. I wondered when I put it on my bed, "What on earth am I going to do with all this material??" I pulled the comforter up about 12", folded it over at the head of the bed, that will work fine. The sides are maybe 2" too long. But, I expect this to shrink a bit, so that will resolve itself. This has a pretty thread design, no lines, 100% cotton, rounded corners, a dust ruffle isn't needed, two pillow covers. I'm very happy and recommend this product. ... show more

This set is exactly what I wanted to brighten up a neutral room with a simple yet classy look. My bed is relatively tall and this spread is ample and doesn’t need a skirt. The cotton & the stitching is very nice quality and it came beautifully packaged. I was looking for a set that was not embossed but had real stitching because it looks expensive. It's October in Phoenix, so it's still too warm to sleep without an AC and I also run a fan directed at my bed at night to put a little chill in the air so I can cozy up under my blanket and sleep well at night. It was like trying to sleep under a thin towel. It wasn't at all cozy. I like a simple bed with two pillows and one blanket, but if it ever does turn to winter in Phoenix, I'm going to need another blanket and I really don't like that. It was also more of a rust color than orange which was darker than I was looking for. And it looked more brown in dim light. It is pretty though, if your looking for a thin blanket. ... show more

This 100% cotton quilt is so very comfortable and breathable. Hard to find a good cotton quilt nowadays that is quilted nicely and feels so good (and organic-feeling) against the skin. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this quilt.

For years, I've been looking for a bedspread in just the right color between burnt orange and rust, and hadn't found one I liked until now. The color is a bit darker than shown, but I'm happy that it is. Normally, in order to get a bedspread to go all the way down to the floor on my queen bed, I have to buy a king-size. However, in this case, when they describe it as "over sized," they mean it, because this king was way too big for my queen. Not only is it longer than most kings, it was also much wider. This not only covered both sides, it draped on the floor. So, unfortunately, I had to return the king and ordered the queen, which fit a bit better. The length is great, but I wish it could have been about two inches wider on either side. I also like that the shams that come with the queen, fit a standard-sized pillow. I washed it in warm water and then dried it on the highest setting, and it didn't seem to shrink. However, it took almost three hours for it to dry, so I hope I don't have to wash it very often. Overall, I really like this bedspread, and hope to get many years' use out of it. ... show more

You always hope your purchase will at least approximate images from the manufacturer's brochure. Would have been happy if this had merely come close, for its reasonable price. Well, it was a win from the moment we opened the box. Packed beautifully, and didn't even need ironing. Perfect weight and texture is outstanding. Color exactly matched photos. Absolutely thrilled! I've read one review after another mentioning size not as expected. The size is EXACTLY 100" x 106" as stated in its description. Measure your bed's width and height to determine what size to order. Pay no attention to the size it's recommended for. This is supposedly for a "Queen", but our full size with oversized mattress works great with the 100" width. ... show more
