paid $18+ tax as it was on “sale” and had a $2 off coupon. Overall, this works perfectly in my classroom! It came package well, nothing was bent or damaged, all screws and the double sided screwdriver were included along with 2 anchors and 4 extra screws. The picture has nearly 500-600 sheets of construction paper & I’ve since added an additional 250 sheets plus a 50 pack of Manila paper. There’s still room for several more packages. Three shelves screw in and three move (see pictures). However, the movable shelves do NOT slip out easily. I switched two so they both be tighter. It’s easy to assemble & use. It’s not heavy when empty. I picked it up by the handles when it was full & I was very careful not to lean it in a way that the shelves could move forward (not that I think these will as they are pretty tight in there). I took a star away because one hinge was way tighter than the rest and there is a gap at the back of each shelf because the shelves are about 1/4 inch short (see photo) from front to back. It was a little wobbly before adding paper but now it’s sturdy when full of paper. Now when my 1st graders want a specific color I can easily get them what they want. No more wasting class time going through a package to find what they need. It took about an hour of my personal time to sort all the construction paper by color. This paper organizer is great once put together. The directions are very simple, but the problem was I could not get the screws to line up properly. It may have been the cheaper screw driver, but I had a hard time. I had to ask my husband to help me. He ended up using a nicer screw driver and also a battery powered screw driver. I ordered this for my classroom, to keep homework papers organized. When putting it together, I found the directions a bit sparse. I was able to put it together just fine, but there were pieces that are not on the directions, and I didn’t see any way to use them. Not a huge issue, just a little confusing. i got this for my classroom and had my daughter put it together for me, we ended up using a drill to make it go faster as the process was painfully slow without it. it holds up nicely though and is quite sturdy.

I was surprised how heavy package was, until i found out shelves were metal, not cheap plastic. There were just basic instructions that didnt explain that there were 3 extra screws and 2 extra inserts. Shelves and sides are expanded metal mesh with metal trim around all edges. Three of shelves screw into sides while three other shelves slide in to metal slots. It even came with a simple but decent plastic screwdriver. Three sides are hinged and swing into shape keeping shelves lined up. Frankly, I am surprised at the quality of materials and construction for the comparative low price! Very sturdy!! Seems like this will hold together well and I am excited to use them to help organize my 5 classes this year. The instructions weren't as clear as they could be, but with a little time, they can be figured out.
