I ordered a total of ten cases for fire tablet 7 2019 (All priced under 10 dollars) This was among the worse of the cases. Tablet clips into case fine, however the cover felt very cheap and flimsy. Cool graphics on the front however very poor material used in cover. Found it very difficult to get tablet to stay up when using cover as a stand. I wrote reviews on other cases i ordered For the same price point you can have a black apple quality iPad style case, whose magnet feature works and also works as a stand. (I should note i did not return any of the cases) ... show more

    • Garbage.
I am so disappointed in this product. The first one I bought broke within the return window, so I requested an exact replacement, thinking it was a defective one. I was wrong. It's just a bad product. The plastic corner supports break off with normal use, rendering the case useless. If a bottom corner breaks off, the case will no longer hold the tablet in-place, and it just falls out, defeating the whole purpose of buying a case! It's really too bad this product is poorly designed, because I LOOOOVE the starry night print! :( ... show more

I was about to give this a one star until I saw how it's supposed to work, so now I'll give it a five. In my defense I have to say I didn't order it, so I didn't see the picture of it in use and when I did, I feel (just saw the pic when I saw the request for a review) foolish because it works exactly the way it's supposed to work which is, it works well. It looks good, is inexpensive and fits the Kindle like a glove. It does what it's supposed to do and in a very stylish manner I would indeed recommend this. ... show more

I like its perfect fit on my new device. The previous one I had for an older generation kindle fire had a plain hard cover outside and inside there were strips of elastic to wrap around each of the four edges which didn’t do the job! Itwas pretty bad! This one is pretty, all black, attractively decorated with a gold design-all around in front and back and in a seaddition it keeps the devise secure. Bravo Maomi! ... show more

All those photos that have the bend in the case are true as mine has it. It does close and the screen does shut off. I do like the case and it has not really given me nay issues. I guess maybe there is just some damaged stock.

    • It's okay but can't use as stand

CANNOT BE USED AS A STAND!! TOO FLIMSY! It said it was for a Kindle 7HD but it doesn't line up with the speaker holes. I actually had to cut it out. It has the opening for the speaker holes on the back of the case instead of the side. Maybe they sent me the wrong case...I don't know. Kept it, didn't feel like processing a return. The paint job/design is wearing if already. Don't even use it daily and it's fading... Seems like it's protecting it ok at this point. ... show more

I really needed a new cover & chose this one. It's nice. Nicely constructed, fits well. The only thing I have against it (and it's not that big) is that I can't attach my stylis pen to it. I've compensated. No big deal.
