The top part of the cap was broken and it was not inside the packaging. This was shipped that way. That said, I examined the rest of the container was not damaged in anyway. The seal under the was intacted and had no damage or puncture holes. I decided to keep it. I really like the honey. I use this honey as a deep conditioner for my desert dry natural 4c/4d hair . I mix with my conditioner, leave on for 30-45 minutes and then rinse with warm water. After use for a month, I can feel the difference. My hair is softer and retains moisture longer.

I like honey and use organic raw honey put the flavor to me keeps me from using much. Then I found Manuka honey which has more nutrients and tried it. I was surprised to find the taste is not the same as the honey I use, but much better tasting. This could be the only honey I use except for the cost.
