I bought three of their items as an upgrade from my old grooming set. The beard trimmer is fantastic and the lower region trimmer is okay but can nick if you aren't careful. UPDATE: I retrieve what I said previously and give it back it’s 5 stars. I contacted customer service and found out that the new travel lock protects the trimmer from accidentally turning on while in transit. To control the travel lock, the trimmer must be off and then rapidly click the power button three times to engage or disengage. The battery wasn’t dead after all. PRIMARY REVIEW: I’m very disappointed in this. It stopped charging and working after less than 6 months using it no more than one a month. I have had two of these trimmers over the past 3 years and both of them stopped working around 1.5 years of use. The first one began having issues with the led light and then eventually would not charge. I bought a second one thinking the first was just a fluke, with extended protection this time, but it also began having issues around 1.5 years of use. It now will say it's fully charged but when the power button is pressed it runs for one second and shuts off. It then shows and empty battery again. Luckily I paid extra for the extended 2 year coverage and they will apparently be issuing me a refund once they receive the returned product. This would be a great trimmer if the reliability was as high as the price. Will be looking for something that has a longer lifespan. Wary of the new Manscaped trimmers as I have seen some reviews regarding similar issues. ... show more
