We recently bought a house and it didn’t have the walk in closet I dreamed of. We purchased this to put in a spare room and it’s not only stunning but it holds SO much! I use it for all my workout clothes, summer stuff and sneaker collection. It did take almost 4 hours to assemble but it’s just because it has a lot of pieces. It isn’t hard at all. I should have listened to the reviews. It’s beautiful, but I can’t even finish it because it has one missing back of drawer piece #9 and a missing closet rod holder piece. I bought it because it had two drawers, and now I can only put one of those drawers together. Now, they were responsive about the missing closed rod holder, however two weeks later and I still haven’t received it. Don’t bother purchasing it, because getting half a closet is not worth all the money I paid for it. Bad quality control if no one is checking to make sure all the parts and pieces are in the box! ... show more

I looked all over for a quality armoire and I was genuinely excited to see if the Manhattan was going to be a gem. First off…assembly was mostly a breeze with the exception of the back large panels and the doors…these were a real pain. The panels are extremely difficult to line up on the 3 sections. Secondly, the doors are difficult for one very unfortunate reason—the wood in this entire piece is very poor quality and strips / crumbles / breaks very easy. This comes into play with you are trying to adjust the doors (as per instructions) you have to take screws in and out and a bunch of them just stripped with the brittle material. Another small issue is the position of the front handles is a tad bit low but look amazing nonetheless. I think this piece could be absolutely amazing if it just was made with slightly better materials. ... show more

It's a nice closet but the smells is terrible. I received it several weeks ago and it still smells like chemicals in my bedroom. I'm very disappointed beause I already put it together and won't bother to return it.
