This is not the sturdiest rope toy I have purchased, but my dog absolutely loves it. You just kind of have to keep an eye out after a game of tug of war and not let him or her treat it as a chew toy. Perfect for larger dogs.

It is inexpensive but nothing lasts long with my dog’s voracious chewing habits. It is his mission in life to destroy his toys. He is good at it. He made short work of this rope and enjoyed every minute. 3 stars because the rope is made up of long thick soft strings that he was easily able to pull out and swallow. It’s bigger than I expected it to be. I bought it for our corgi puppy who loves to chew. At first I was worried it wouldn’t work for her until she was older but she loves it! She can’t quite get her mouth all the way around it yet but that doesn’t stop her from dragging it around and having a good game of tug-a-war with us.
