These dining chairs have a modern and elegant design, they are easy to assemble but I suggest adding lock glue on the screws, the metal leg are nice but they spread a bit when you sit on them. The seat is sturdy but the faux leather will wear over time. That’s why they are a bit cheap. The comfort is ok, it lacks padding so it might feel uncomfortable after a while. I am pleasantly surprised at how good these look for how inexpensive they are. I’m used to finding nice modern faux leather chairs like these for double that price. The color and aesthetic is exactly like the pictures. Assembly: so fast and easy. I was able to assemble both chairs in less than ten minutes. Quality: this is where it might get tricky depending on the use/people using them. They have a weight limit of 300lbs, but when I sat on them (I am 150lbs) 300lbs seemed very generous. When I sat on them, the two front legs slipped outwards an inch or so. It was a bit jarring and surprising at first, and I think it’s due to there not being a crossbar between the two front legs (there is a crossbar between the back two legs.) after sitting in them a handful of times, I did notice that wasn’t happening as much, so do think they might just need some time to get worn in. Function: the feet slip and slide very easily on my LVP floor. That is great for me because I am constantly finding myself scooting in and out from the table, especially since my toddler is always keeping me in my toes. It doesn’t scratch the floor and it’s very lightweight and easy to move for sweeping and mopping. Comfort: this is very soft and comfy to sit on. I might enjoy a taller back but this is the modern design I chose - the low back is a pretty modern aesthetic. ... show more

These are great chairs! They were easy to assemble (with the exception of a single slightly mis-aligned hole that we were able to force to work). All of the parts needed were included, and the instructions were clear, and had helpful images (some of which are actually kind of funny- I added a pic!) The chairs are comfortable, the low back feels a little odd, but still good! They are stable and don't rock or tilt, very sturdy! The feet have little plastic caps to keep them from scratching the floors. The color of the leather is super nice, and these would look great pretty much anywhere! We needed to get some extra chairs for when we have guests and these were perfect! ... show more

    • Decent, attractive counter height stools

This is a set of two MALOL modern counter height bar stools in dark brown vinyl. We got these to replace our old counter stools that had outlived their usefulness. We like the more modern style of these and the look in general. They arrived in perfect condition, all parts intact, and reasonably good quality. They were fairly easy to assemble, with 10 bolts per stool, plus leveling feet. The only issue we had assembling them was that the bolts are made from relatively soft metal as is typical of this type of product, and one bolt wouldn't go in. Fortunately these stools do come with two spare bolts each so we just switched to a spare and it went in fine. Once we got them assembled, although lightweight they did feel sturdy. We were also happy to see that the stools were completely level and not at all wobbly, with no adjustments at all to the feet. Although not plush by any means, these stools are comfortable enough to sit in for a quick snack at the kitchen counter or whatever. It would be nice if the backs were higher, but most of the time when we sit at the counter we're leaning forward anyway, so it's not a huge issue. All in all, at this price point, these are nice quality, attractive, and reasonably comfortable counter height stools. ... show more

I needed some extra chairs for when I have guests over, and these 'MALOL' Faux Leather (in the light brown color) chairs are great for my needs. They're very easy to assemble, and are sturdy to sit on. I think they are a perfect height to sit on; they're also easy to pull up go a table or desk, and I don't feel like I'm up too high or too low. These chairs are easy to keep clean, and also easy to move from one place to another. They worked out perfectly for what needs I have, and I'm very pleased with these thus far. I think for 2 chairs, the price is quite reasonable (in my personal opinion). Very nice! ... show more

To be fair, the product page does say 24", but that's not barstool height. It's ok though because these are perfect booster chair height for my 2 and 4 year olds.

These fit up to our small counter height table we have in a corner of our family room. It only came with 2 chairs, and most of the time that is fine. Hubby and I can sit in there to play cards, or eat and watch TV. But when our kids are over we have to use the dining room table to have enough room. Now we have room for a couple more if anyone wants to sit there and also watch tv. These chairs are comfortable. They were very easy to assemble and seem quite sturdy for the occasional use they will get. They don't match the table set but we don't find that to be a big issue for us. We will keep them in a storage closet until they are needed. ... show more
