i liked that it was easy to get going right after taking it out of the box. We moved into a senior living facility and this required more walking than we were able to do. This electric wheel chair is a good size for the facility. It fits at the table when we go to the dining room for our meals. Very pleased with our purchace. when considering the purchase, the video helped a lot to come to a decision. The seller reached out after the purchase to ask if we needed anything. This chair is great...comfortable, sturdy and easy to fold up and load.....the movement controls is slightly different from my standard electric chair, but I'm adjusting...this is going to allow travel to be a breeze and not require special Ada transportation. This is a very sturdy chair. It runs well over different terrain. Is very comfortable. Holds a charge well. The joystick is a little tricky for an elderly person but will learn to use in time. Not fond of small footrest. Hard to get leg that doesn't move to stay on it.

    • Easy to Transport - use for going to restaurants, etc.
I have a heavy duty chair. It's difficult to transport and it's so wide it bangs on walls, etc. This chair solves those problems. I like the way it folds and can be lifted into my vehicle. I use a hoist for that. A couple of things I don't like: 1) it's not zero turn like my big chair is. Steering is from the back, so maneuvering in tight places takes a little planning, 2) I can't find a way to turn the beeper off. Sometimes you're in a place where that sound is very distracting.     • Seat a little low but a very good chair.
Light weight enough for my wife to pick up and load in our SUV. Seat height is a little low for my weak legs to stand up from, but a seat cushion does the trick. Could benefit from a clasp to hold closed when folded but otherwise a very good chair.
