I have had this toy for over a year and I like it more all the time. Understanding that you can vary the pressure makes the difference between a 3 and a 5 rating for this toy. With your erection shallowly inserted as a stopper with the cover off, press the sleeve to remove various amounts of air...compressing the sleeve either more or less.. This will not only increase or decrease the sucking pressure, it will affect how tight the sleeve is. Going from the default gentle tightness to a full depth, full on, dick sucking. It will slow down with more depth and pressure, but you will quickly find ways to vary that too. I find this is the quickest way to cum, which I am not normally looking for. The toy will edge you for as long as you can take it at any depth.. by varying the suction (compressing the sleeve), the speed, and the vibration. It never gets tired or complains. I never get bored with it. I have learned that at different depths the toy can be a completely different experience. Use lube. The first depth is when your head passes the first opening. This will stimulate the head, the corona and the very sensitive shaft below the corona. A little deeper and the next opening is very vagina-like and tighter. Partially penetrating this opening provides a delightful glans massage that feels like repeated shallow penetration of a vagina. If your pressure and depth are right, the outermost opening will be stroking your shaft at a depth of your choosing.
