Beware however, the opening on this thing is incredibly tight. It may be a bit overkill for guys with girthier meat. If you're the kind of person that can get off on just vibrations, you might as well tape a vibrator to your dick because even that would provide more stimulation. I can't feel the contractions with or without the vibrations. As others have said, it's incredibly tight because the entrance barely budges so if you're erect you're definitely going to have to force it in. If you're soft you might as well give up. In my best attempt to salvage this product I tried simply using it as a normal sleeve and moving it but because of the tight entrance I had to put way too much force and care into moving the sleeve to the point that it was tiring and I'd rather have just used a manual one. i would like to open this review by saying that this is my very first toy, and after comparing prices with others, the ≈$130 i paid is very reasonable. this toy is very easy to clean, to the point where i don't even have to think about it, i just use it, clean it, let it dry, and put it away. there is a crease in the sleeve at the opening, but it could be a leftover from the manufacturing process, and it doesn't affect stimulation, so i'll let it pass. moving on to how it feels, it definitely feels different than just raw hand work. normally i would expend so much energy trying to simply take care of myself that i would end up breathing heavily, my arm would be tired, and by the time i was able to finish, i would be soft and thus couldn't control where the stuff would go. now, that's all added on to the fact that it takes much longer to finish with it, so quick it not be, however it ultimately gives me a more quality experience and finishing feels more like a treat. the vibrations are decently powerful and by the time i finish (in about 30 - 45 minutes), i could reasonably expect to go again before it needs a recharge (battery at anywhere between 60 - 75%) i may just be an easily satisfied 18 year old, but for all my needs, this suits perfectly fine. my request: maybe there could be a cooling sleeve for this one day? i may be one of the few who likes cold sensations while satisfying myself, but i feel that a cooling sleeve could feel nice 🙂 ... show more

I didn't enjoy the Max 2 at all. Its mechanized stimulation left a lot to be desired. The vibration sensation was ok, but not anything like what I expected from a Lovense product. The suction was practically non-existent. The best part of it was being able to remove the sleeve and use that part manually. The toy is rather expensive, and I don't think it is worth the cost. This thing feels phenomenal. Super easy to clean as well. The app was a little difficult to figure out at first after playing with it a bit you get used to the ui. The vibrations are from another world. And the durability of the sleeve it's self I'm not easy with most but this one can take whatever you give it.     • Flawed, but fixable
Complete rewrite: This was recommended to me by a girl who liked the joint smartphone app possibilities, with her Lovense vulse. Problems: - Doesn't last very long on a charge. - Can't be returned if you don't like it, for obvious reasons. - Absolutely needs lubricant, preferably deep inside. This is not mentioned in the instructions, so I don't know whether the usual rubber-safe liquid is necessary - It's huge - 9 cm, dia. - and, for me, not very comfortable to hold. - And last, but not least - in fact almost a product killer - the entry aperture is far too small. I have an average sized member but had to be FULLY erect and use lubricant and force to get inside. By the time I succeeded, I'd lost interest. But this is fixable. The fix - make the aperture much wider, but how? A small knife won't work, because the polymer insert is too flexible, and bends out of the way. However, hot knife melts/cuts it easily. After i did this, i found that the motions were fun. I haven't tried the joint apps yet, but looking forward to it. I've still given it a low rating, because a fairly expensive product from a well-known manufacturer shouldn't have all these flaws. ... show more

I ordered this, then read other's reviews. Bad Order! Had I realized I was almost guaranteed disappointment, I probably would have not wasted nearly $120.00. Opening the package, I realized the poor quality of its construction, with the familiar fleshlight inner liner crimped and poorly inserted in the tube. Pushing forward, the unit received a full charge, and linked to the bluetooth app from Lovense. Learning quickly there was no real suction, and the vibrator was only active at the "head" end of the tube, that this unit would never work with a limp member. Sliding a pre-stimulated member into the unit further showed the limits of the device. The diameter made the unit to hold in one hand, and to use like a fleshlight, so all stimulation would have to rely on the vibration and inner movements. The vibrations did not transfer well through the liner to have any real affect, and the inner movements of the "360 degree contractions" were more noise than affect. I think I have bought an odd paperweight. This thing is useless as a sexual aid. ... show more
