If you're the kind of person that can get off on just vibrations, you might as well tape a vibrator to your dick because even that would provide more stimulation. I can't feel the contractions with or without the vibrations. As others have said, it's incredibly tight because the entrance barely budges so if you're erect you're definitely going to have to force it in. If you're soft you might as well give up. In my best attempt to salvage this product I tried simply using it as a normal sleeve and moving it but because of the tight entrance I had to put way too much force and care into moving the sleeve to the point that it was tiring and I'd rather have just used a manual one. The suction was practically non-existent. The best part of it was being able to remove the sleeve and use that part manually. The toy is rather expensive, and I don't think it is worth the cost. Complete rewrite: This was recommended to me by a girl who liked the joint smartphone app possibilities, with her Lovense vulse. Problems: - Doesn't last very long on a charge. - Can't be returned if you don't like it, for obvious reasons. - Absolutely needs lubricant, preferably deep inside. This is not mentioned in the instructions, so I don't know whether the usual rubber-safe liquid is necessary - It's huge - 9 cm, dia. - and, for me, not very comfortable to hold. - And last, but not least - in fact almost a product killer - the entry aperture is far too small. I have an average sized member but had to be FULLY erect and use lubricant and force to get inside. By the time I succeeded, I'd lost interest. But this is fixable. The fix - make the aperture much wider, but how? A small knife won't work, because the polymer insert is too flexible, and bends out of the way. However, hot knife melts/cuts it easily. After i did this, i found that the motions were fun. I haven't tried the joint apps yet, but looking forward to it. First things first the suction on this is unreal. It feels real. It works by using airbags has you can see lil bumps the contract and expand. Vibration is outstanding. The sleeve it is easy to clean you can take it out rinse with water and let it air dry. The only issue is yeah this thing is kinda loud. The closest sound level I would compare it too if your phone was vibrating on your desk but slightly quieter. For the what's it cost I think a lil cheaper like maybe 40 bucks off for what this thing can do. Has for the app great thing you can find patterns for it. People on there etc. Just make sure you have air vent closed when cleaning and open when use (it's very difficult to slide it is it's closed). But other than that I think this is one of the best masterbaitors on the market. There's even a vigina sleeve for this if you don't like the basic sleeve. ... show more

Another big let down, I even researched this item further than Amazon, the insert would have probably been the best thing ever but did not get the chance to experience. After reading the direction pamphlet several times, and a full charge witch did not take but maybe an hour, it did not even want to turn on, then got it to buzz for around 30 seconds before returning to its endless slumber of being a non working item.
