Be mindful that this product is a in hand item compared to something that lays flat. With that being said, the rear end opening is a little tight but opens up further in. There is a hole on the other end that can be covered to increase suction and for cleaning by running water and soap through. Curiously alot of the detailed areas feel kinda real, it is however micro-sized to fit in hand. It also does not have to be used on one side or the other since the mold is 3d all around. I think there's a lot of potential using this product to the right person that is. As this is open-ended there isn't as much suction as others - but it is very easy to clean. If you have a showerhead that has a power wash feature to clean your shower with, it will work very well on this. It's heavy enough to lay on a towel and use hands free in bed or on the couch, but light enough for single handed use. It's not as tight as some, but the softness makes it very easy to grip it and adjust as tight as you like. Whole toy is very squishy and soft and certainly feels like real skin. It comes covered in some sort of powder, and I’m assuming this helps give it that soft texture and keeps it from being sticky. You’ll definitely need to apply toy powder to keep it from being sticky after every use. It cleaned up very easily and drying doesn’t take too long. The only critique I have is that if you have a thicker member, this toy will be a bit hard to get in. It’s not uncomfortably tight, but lots of lube is needed to get Junior in the hole.
