I Bought this vanity for my daughter 4 months ago. The unit itself is fine but literally took 2 days to put together. The electronics (lights) are the issue. The FIRST time It stopped working, they sent replacement parts and it worked for a few more weeks. Now the vanity lights have stopped working for a THIRD time. They keep sending replacement parts but there’s obviously a quality issue here. Avoid at all costs unless you don’t care about the lights. ... show more

    • Well worth the time to assemble
I bought this for my 12 year old daughter for Christmas after reading all the positive reviews. Instructions were straightforward to follow and took about three hours from start to finish. Two recommendations to save time and frustration: 1) Get organized. Lay out all the pieces and hardware in alpha/numerical order. This will save time searching for pieces; 2) Use a cordless drill/screwdriver. I started some of the screws with a screwdriver to get it started and also in some of the tighter spaces. The only time that I needed another person was to move it upstairs to my daughter's room. Looks great! She loves the bulb lights and LED lighted cabinet. ... show more

I have loved having this. I will say that there seems to be something faulty with the lights around the mirror. The original set stopped working and the seller worked with me to replace them. Those worked for a while and then also stopped working. I’m going to write the seller again now to see if they can help. I may just have bad luck with the lights - everything else about it is great! ... show more

    • Vanity panel issues
Vanity is awesome, however I have had to contact the seller 2 times since Christmas because the vanity won’t turn on. They send out replacement parts to fix it which is great, not so great it only lasts a couple months then dead again.

Wow.. okay, where to start.. overly complicated to assemble.. check.. Questionable instructions.. check.. The length of time for a person with an engineering degree to assemble.. 6 hours. The quality of materials .. abysmal.. Looks like a picture.. not really.. Is it worth more than $200.. not in the least.. Would I buy it again.. definitely not.. Do I recommend it to someone else.. not really, unless you are a masochist looking for a lot of pain and very little award? .. then maybe.. What can I say that is positive about it? They included extras of each fastener.. which makes sense with so many and the fact you are destined to lose something.. Seriously, I am far from impressed with this product and even my daughter who asked for it for her birthday now doesn't even want it. It is not sturdy, even with added support.. it is not like the pictures. Not part aligns to the others once assembled and ... maybe if this was a $100 item I could see it working for someone in a pinch, but not at this price.     • Defective lights and remote
Not even two months with this vanity and the remote stops working and the lights. Such a waste of money and the light assembly was so difficult. I have been without the lights working for months now. Unsatisfied 👎🏻.

    • Very cute, perfect for my 14 yr old
This desk does take a long time to assemble, it took my daughter and me several hours. But none of the steps were confusing or ambiguous, the instructions were clear. It seems well made and my daughter loves it. The programmable LED lights are very cool.
