This oil is so versatile, and this product specifically is such a value for your money that you will have it for easily 6 months to 1 year after purchasing, and that's if you use it rather frequently. I add small drops of it to mouthwash, toothpaste, hair products, deoderant, water for room freshener sprays, I use it to clean out cuts, for topical use to treat headaches, sore throat, etc. In the dead heat of summer, i'll dab a bit of it onto areas where i'm perspiring, and within minutes i feel like im walking in a winter wonderland. It's an immediate deodorizer, and antibacterial substance that is pure. I highly recommend some peppermint oil in your life & this product is a great place to start. NEW USERS: BE CAREFUL. This is the real deal!!! I used it on a black widow bite and didn’t need hospital care! I also used it to dry out and kill the germs on cold sores!! I love that it works. A lot of lavender oils are so watered down that they are garbage. This one was very impressive! Don’t ever change!

Wow, the scent on this is so good and I use it in a spray bottle with some water to spray around the house to help keep insects away. I also plan on using it in my body butters and just to add some freshen in the house.

I buy different essential oils for the house. Patchouli is one of the main ones. I liked the packaging and dropper of this item for the money. However the smell to me for some reason reminds me of actual burning incense and is very musky or smokey compared to other more "natural" smelling patchouli oils I have used. The smell this gives off is very strong and is somewhat patchouliesque and for the price, the bottle and applicator, I felt it was a fair deal. I would have given it 3.5 stars if possible and frankly I don't care for this version of patchouli and will not be buying it again. I use this in my laundry with the wool balls as a natural alternative to chemicals in the dryer sheets! It works great and has a wonderful smell. It is very strong so you don’t need a lot or it will be overpowering.

    • The smell is not bad.

I did not dislike it. But I have to say, I got it to keep away these pest (mice) in my apartment and I mixed it with another aroma, The smell stayed around. Does it keep them away, maybe a little. However. I will keep using it.
