For some reason when on Cisco Finesse, when the call comes in its fine for about 30 seconds and then it completely drops the call. Oddly it's fine on outbound calls through the same program. It's weird because it doesn't just lose the sound, it completely boots the call as if I pressed disconnect. If the company has ideas on what it could be I would love to get them working. Headset is comfortabe. The ear pieces are soft and do not irritate. I work from home and use it everyday and charge it every night and it lasts all day, 8 hour shift. Volume is great, has a mute button which is even better!

These headphones are quite comfortable on the head. The Bluetooth connected quickly and easily. The sound is pretty darn good for the price of these headphones! I wouldn't exactly call them noise cancelling however.

The positives: it is light and very freeing to not have a cord in your way. Sound quality is decent and easy to install. Cons: headset does not stay in my head well if I tilt my head forward or backwards it will fall off way too easily. The range is barely adequate, does not work real well thru walls. I can get about 15’ from my desk without it cutting out. Going outside it will disconnect. I was hoping for a lot better range. I recommend to a coworker and they do not care for at all. I would not recommend again. I would rate a 3 out of 5 Stars. Could be worse and could be a lot better ... show more
