Needing a new wheelchair, I purchased one from this company. After a couple of weeks, a bracket holding the seat to the back, broke. Contacted seller thru Amazon. Next day, John(from company) said he would send a replacement. I was expecting a replacement for the broken bracket, and I would replace it myself. Instead, I received a new wheelchair!
