I received the card printer and started to use it, I did have an issue with the License and was going to call and get it resolved but before I could call Byron form customer support called me to check and see if there was any issues and I informed him and he filled out the report. I have never had a support person call and check on their equipment before I reported and issue. The printer and software works great I designed and printed a card but due to license issue it printed BODNO on the card. Byron even sent me a follow up email. I would have given it a 5 star but the issue knocked it down but Bryon and his dedication to the equipment it a 4.5. Got the issue taken care of and printing cards. ... show more
