The Evolis Primacy Dual-Sided ID Care Printer is extremely great! I bought this to replace an old Zebra ID Card Printer and I do not have any regrets. The Bodno Software is MAC COMPATIBLE which makes things so much more seamless. The quality of the prints is great. It’s a bad printer. It’s life span is only few months and warranty won’t cover is. Service department won’t honor warranty.

Quality prints, easy to set up. The Bodno software was very easy to use, the costumer service was helpful as well. i upgraded to the silver edition so i can use an excel uplaod, this saved me hours of time.

The printer itself works great. I've had a bit of trouble with the USB key that came with the product, providing the software needed to print the cards, but was able to troubleshoot with the support team in order to rectify the situation.
