If I didn't put so much energy into putting this thing together, I would box it up and return it. But they would probably charge me another $200 to come pick it up. It's not worth the cost of shipping. Half the parts weren't labeled. Some parts went through the mill the wrong way. And the instructional video option contains demo users who also don't know how this thing goes together. I'm missing a part, and have an extra part which isn't labeled. It almost fits in the place of the missing part. Boards are warped, holes don't line up, the hinges on the couch frame are too wide, and you are instructed to install them where the boards WILL split. The brass screws heads break off. The wall mount screws are designed for 3 inches of drywall. The list goes on. You can't sit on this couch if you are over 5ft 9 without needing help to get up. If you weigh more than 200lbs you will crack the boards under the couch. The cushions are crap (in the photos they've been expanding for about 2 days now) and are different sizes. They don't fit properly. This is a piece of crap. I'm embarrassed that this is in my guest bedroom. Zero stars, honestly, but amazon won't allow that. ... show more

The instructions are missing steps, many pieces came broken or damaged, none of the preset holes are correct, the cushions are flat like a pancake after being opened for 3 weeks. The QR code in the instructions ask for a credit card to set up an account for an item I already purchased. The retailer never answers the phone number provided or even have a voicemail set up with name of company. No one replies to emails. So disappointing because my son has a small room that the idea of this product would be perfect but it’s worse than ikea. It came in 5 boxes and missing so much to make the assembly doable.
