In the photo I put the floss in order to the number. The floss feels soft and a full skein fully packaged, 100% cotton. The colors are vibrant. Nice transition between colors. This pack doenst have any white in the skeins. Floss' # 4010, 4077 and 4088 has white as the ligjtest color. This brand is siro. I am not sure if it matches the dmc colors. Great price! Much cheaper than Michaels or Hobby Lobby. The colors numbers in this listing: 48, 51, 52, 53, 94, 67, 69, 90, 92, 93, 99, 105, 106, 107, 111, 115, 121 and 125. Def would buy again. ... show more

I have paid a bit less in the past for other variegated floss and have been sorry I did that. I bought two sets of this floss in two different colors and am very pleased with them. They are easier to work with than the more inexpensive floss I purchased and so much nicer for its coloration change. The more inexpensive floss showed long distances between color change so when embroidering smaller areas showed no color change at all so very disappointed with it. This floss showed color variation more often so the final project looked much nicer. ... show more

These may be a emergency substitute but the quality does not compare with DMC. The thread is not vibrant like DMC floss. The colors are beautiful but I will stay with DMC. The color numbers match the DMC numbers. If you are looking for a cheaper version these will work.
