I typically wear a men's XL, but based on reviews, I sized down to a Large, and it fits perfectly on my 5’9”, 185 lb frame. The vest is well-designed with quality stitching, no loose threads, and a warm fleece interior. It feels durable, and the seams seem built to last. The single chest pocket fits a phone or wallet, and there are four hand pockets—two top-entry with button closures and two open side-entry. Zippered pockets would be a great addition for outdoor use to keep out snow. I'm active outdoors and bought the tan vest to match my waterproof activewear so treated it with Grangers Performance Repel Plus (from Amazon). True to fit. Very warm. Plenty of pockets. As other have noted the zippers are pretty flimsy. Zip slowly and with caution.

This vented is a bit large for a large. But not too bad. It’s great to throw over a heavier thing like a sweatshirt. The lightning is first right and very comfortable. Very warm and well designed. Definitely recommended. Thank you very much.
