This is a wonderful coat. It was bitterly cold the past few days here in Northern Maine. I put the coat on to clean the snow from the car and go to the store. Since there was ice on the car it took a while to get the snow and ice off the car. Even with a wind chill of -15 F, the coat kept me nice and warm. The fur inside is nice and soft and I love that the pockets are large, I can actually fit my gloves and hat in them without the fear of them falling out and getting lost. Nice heavy coat. Seems well made. Fairly warm, maybe not for sub zero, but it works for me. Zipper on the right and snaps. The snaps snap tight and it seems like a quality zipper, it was a little coarse at first, but after a little use, zips up and down smoothly. Note: I went by their size chart and ordered a medium, it was way too snug. Returned it and ordered a large, fits fine. I recommend you size up from what the chart tells you. ... show more

This was a great coat, is warm with many pockets and the ties on the side make it fit to your body well. Bought it for my boyfriend , was true to size but the coat was longer than expected. Just depends on if you like that style coat really!

Basic jacket that is comfortable and fits great. Not too heavy, yet warm for winter weather here in Maine. Very happy with the comfort, and the wearer is extremely difficult to satisfy with comfort and performance when it comes to workwear/ clothing. Would buy again. Also reasonable price.

I bought this Item as a gift for a friend who traveled to New York. I checked it out before I gave it to him obviously and it’s a pretty nice coat for the price. He said he liked it. The inner lining is very soft and warm but it’s not like get you sweaty warm. He’s pretty tall at like 6’3 and the XL did come to his palms and kinda swallow him but he’s pretty thin and said prefers his jackets this way. It’s got a lot of pockets(obviously) and it seemed to be made of pretty good material and well made.The tag on the inside is pretty funny, too. ... show more

I just received this and just tried it on. It seems warm. The zipper is on the wrong side. I have never had a jacket with a zipper on the wrong side. The logo is some unknown brand, and in the past I have always used legitimate brands. The price is not that much lower than a known brand. I plan to keep it. If I get too embarrassed about the off-brand, I may keep it in my car as an emergency jacket. So far I really can't complain, it does seem warm. It's a little snug. I am a big boy, 270 lbs, 6'2. Biggest problem is if the sizes are accurate, but this one did not disappoint. It’s not a slim fit and my XL fit nicely. Held up to cold, rainy weather in Europe and was very warm. Plenty of storage and pockets are aligned to keep your hands warm and dry.

While nice enough and comfy upon first inspection, actually wearing it was a different issue. The zipper has large teeth and there should be *no* problem with easily zipping up, or unzipping the jacket. However when I did this upon the first day of using this new jacket, I found that the teeth for the zipper were not attached securely and simply came off if the zipper mechanism snagged on them when unzipping. As a result, the jacket is essentially unusable now, as it has no other suitable fastening mechanisms for keeping it closed. I know this jacket looks like a good deal, but given the quality issues I've encountered, you clearly get what you pay for. ... show more
