I just don’t think this is a good product for professional or home use. To expensive for all the issues it has. It’s too heavy, started getting hot after first use, and making a super loud sound as well as vibrating so much it hurt my client. SO ITS A NO FOR ME.

It hasn’t even been a month since owning it, and it already have problems. When using it, the torque is not as strong and stops working when I press down on it. Definitely would not buy again.

The media could not be loaded. My fro just stopped working. Always charged it the correct way and I have never dropped it. Only had it for serval months and these types of drills are supposed to last years. Will not buy again.
