We had to have a second one sent because the first one was broke when we opened it. The door hinge was broke. The second one we got must of been used sounded like there was money in it and there was a code already put in for it and it could not be opened at all. The know you have to turn is like jammed and will not turn for you to even try to unlock it. The fingerprint scanner is just for show it does not work. The media could not be loaded. They are great. Both of my girls got one and they worked great. Plus they have fun putting there money away. I did have an issue with the blue one. The screw what holds the batteries in place broke. So the screw never fit back inside. I did try to replace it with a different screw but that did not work so now there in nothing covering the batteries which is not good. The pink one worked great no issues with the screw area of the batteries. It did have one issue, when my daughter changed the pass code. It did lock her out and did not want to open. Do we took the batteries out for 20min and she was able to restart it. Has been working perfect since then. ... show more

This is a toy, don't expect it to be more than that. The finger print opens with anybody's finger print. As a play toy it's great.i would not use it as a piggy bank. It doesn't come with instructions on how to set up the password. I gave it 5 stars because it's a toy and as a toy it's fine. It's too expensive for a toy. Nothing to dislike about this cute bank. Christmas gifts were all bought through Amazon. Amazon Customer gave me a Credit Refund on other items that never arrived + wrong duplicate Vacuums that were purchased for my daughters. Thank you JC in Amazon Customer Service !!
