I like this mask. There’s a side that’s soft so the cold doesn’t hurt my skin. I don’t like how hard it gets in the freezer but that goes away fast. I’m using it to heal my vagus nerve but the bonus is, I look better after I wear this for. While

I bought this mask for my acne and swelling to cool down the bumps and pimples. The mask itself is a great product but the only problem I have is the mouth hole is not made for people with bigger or plumper lips. The eye as well as the nose holes are perfect, the mask is a great product overall I love how there are two sides so you can have cold cold relaxation or medium cold, it’s all easy to put on and take off. I wouldn’t recommend this as a sleeping mask for going to bed in, because if you do have bigger lips your body will naturally feel discomfort in your face or in certain areas while your sleeping and will unconsciously remove the mask, as soon as I woke up the mask was on the ground I also love how instead of water they use orby‘s to cool your face it’s really flexible when it’s not cold as well as cold!! ... show more

I bought 2 masks: one for me and one for my daughter. My daughter was dealing with flares from an autoimmune problem. She had to sit in front of a fan to keep her face cooled. When I got this for her, she was so excited because she could walk around and be productive in the house and not just be glued to the fan. I purchased one just to reduce any swelling in my face (for purely cosmetic reasons.) It is soft on one side so that it's not harsh on the skin. Honestly, I haven't tried the other side with just the beads. The coolness wanes after about 15 minutes but you're not supposed to keep it on for longer than that anyway. The straps work fine to keep it in place. It comes with a plastic baggy that can be closed so that odors don't get to it. The color blue matches the picture advertised. ... show more

This is awesome. I’m using it to reduce puffiness and bruises after a procedure and it does wonders. The feature that you can use it cold or warm it’s amazing. Very comfortable. I can even put my glasses over it while having my therapy.
