  • Working great
Color: White
After dealing with several issues with the PS4 controller charging USB ports( weak mounts to the board and just wear out quickly). I decided on the PS5 to try this method of charging. Oh wow what a difference. Main thing is the controllers will probably be charged when you need them. My kids seem to not like plugging things back up when done with them. This makes it so easy, just walk by and drop them in,they fall into place every time. Long term ,I'm only a month into using it. Working great so far. Also less cabling in and around the console. Nice clean look. ... show more

  • An absolute necessity for PS5 users.
Color: Black
The best accessory I’ve bought for my PS5 by far, it makes docking and charging controllers a breeze, I had a different docking station, but it was a huge pain to get the plugs to line up and stable enough to start charging, but with this you just drop the controller in and it immediately aligns itself and starts charging. It makes it so I always have a charged controller ready. Can’t recommend enough. The only thing I wish was different is the light indicators, they’re a bit hard to see and tell when it’s done charging, it would be better if the light was on top of the docking station rather than the side, and have it be red when charging and blue when charged instead of flashing blue while charging and solid when charged. But with how easy and dependable the alignment is I know if a controller has been docked for a little while it’ll be fully charged, so I don’t have to look at the lights often. ... show more

  • Good easy charger but no rings of light like you think at first glance
Color: White
First off like many other people the photo’s led you to think there maybe rings of light around the controller it does not only a small dot of a light so do not buy this thinking it’s gonna have those lights. Other than that this is a good charger. Controllers drop right in no fiddling to line up to charge thats a big plus. Looks nice and seems very sturdy. Takes up more space than the original dual sense charger from sony. I like the orignal charger but needed a second charger for my collection so I decided to try this one I like it equally as the original. So all in all you should be happy with either but for ease of drop and charge this one is it you simply drop it in and go! It does need a longer cord and it does not come with a block just like sony oem ... show more

  • So far great
Color: Black
I replaced a PlayStation brand ed charger that had one of the chargings sockets fail due to the pins getting bent over time under normal wear. I like the style of this. It seems like it would not have the same issue because the charger has a sit in versus a click in charging option. I like it so far

  • Appears to be a Good product, but photos are slightly misleading
Color: Black
First Impressions: I kind of wondered how much of the images shown above was marketing flare vs actual design/function, but I'm not entirely disappointed that it's mostly the former. To clarify, the Only lights on this are the tiny blue (dim) LEDs that sit at the base of each dock point. Obviously the lightning image wasn't real, but the cool looking circle where the 'wings' insert was also flare. Thinking about it though, that would have been Way too much light for me TBH Especially when we consider that the LEDs are Always On while this is powered. Thankfully the LEDs are dim enough that they won't draw my eye during gameplay (it's on the stand next to the TV), nor will they light up my room while I sleep. I haven't had it long enough to test charging, so I can't speak to the functionality beyond that the LEDs will pulse slowly when the controller charges. I already had a nice and thick cable (it's not gonna move/damage), so I left theirs in the box. I'm powering it via the front USB-C port on my SmartUPS that sits next to the TV, so that should be plenty as I'm never charging more than one at a time anyway. Based on the lighting (stops pulsing when done), it looks like it'll be safe to keep these in the charger after completion which is good because I was going to anyway. Helpful Note About Controller Grips: So I ordered one of those 20pc controller grip sets (sadly just one set per controller!) as well because the rubber grip that came with my replacement (black) console panels was a bit too much bulk for me. I knew it was a risk as while they were only going to be a few mm thick, I also knew that this charger was likely designed without that in mind. Luckily, even with the extra bulk, the controller fits JUST enough inside the holes that it makes contact and charges without too much concern. Now it is extremely tight, so I would have liked to see a few fractions of a mm in diameter more on the charger side of the equation. If I had to guess, I'd say that the grips added roughly the thickness of 2 credit cards in thickness (because it wraps around, so 2x it's thickness) to the controller. Funny enough, I'd wager that's how thick the plastic shell on the controller would be if you took it apart. Either way it's Super tight and it'd be cool if the charger opened up a little for extra room. ... show more

  • Pretty sweet!!
Color: White
Sooooo much better than having to connect upside on a cradle or old fashion cord charging! Takes up a lil more space than its competitors but it’s a true set it & forget it. Just lay it in the slots no lining ports or anything. Drop’em in and keep playing wireless! Decently quick charging too which is a must w/ battery life on PS5 controllers. Of course if you haven’t bought a 2nd controller you’re not a true gamer lol ... show more
